Zone Quality Checklist

Evaluate the structure of a supply or demand zone before treating it as a serious setup. This tool does not predict whether the zone will hold.

Zone type

Demand Supply

Is the zone fresh? Price has not returned since the zone was created.

How strong was the departure? Measure the speed, distance, and imbalance away from the zone.

How clean is the base? A compact base is generally clearer than prolonged sideways action.

Is there room to the opposing zone? Enough open space should exist before the next major obstacle.

Does the higher timeframe support it? Consider the larger trend, major zones, and market structure.

How many times has price returned? Repeated tests usually consume resting orders and weaken the zone.

Is invalidation clear? You should know exactly where the setup is no longer valid.

Is the reward space attractive? Judge the distance to target relative to the required stop.
